Interview with HP CEO

Has anyone asked her if she has called the HP support line in Asia where the help desk folks bearly speak any comprehensable english and never provide warranty repairs to the consumer. Someone really needs to get a habdle on this fiasco.

The support phone number is a total joke. Will never buy another HP product untill the warranty support gets some real improvement. The failure was in a Desktop bought as a Christmas present for my wife in December. Has a full warranty but no help was provided by the help personnel (3 different ones). The last one wanted to transfer me to the spanish speaking desk since I could not understand her very poor english which was also compounded by a very poor quality telephone circuit; almost sounded like the signal was being bounced off the moon without the benefit of technology; analog, not digital.
